Don’t lose the hope is the theme of the 16th annual Free Spirit Film Festival. It is now the time for some fun and films after the chaotic and unpredictable spread of pandemic, and particularly the nail-biting election moment of the US President that the whole world has its attention. If you are a film lover, you will love our lineup for some compelling, as well as thought-provoking, films, made by these talented, dedicated, and some veteran, filmmakers from around the world.

Free Spirit Film Festival, held annually in McLeod Ganj, has been the smallest film festival in the world. The pandemic came as a blessing in disguise for us, as now we are global, thanks all due to Festhome TV, one of the best and the biggest online film festival platforms.

Since this is our first online experience, we are starting small with only ten films. To meet the costs of hosting it online, we are charging a nominal fee of US$5 to watch all the films. To view only some of the films, instead there will be a fee per film: $1 for films less than 30 mins, and $2 for films more than 30 mins.

As much as we are excited to experience the first online festival, hope you will join us experiencing this joy watching some of the best indie films produced in the last one year, and make the festival a success and memorable.
